Eucalyptus can be used on its own in a vase or mixed with other flowers.  You can also add some to your shower room and the natural oils will be released into the environment.  The benefits of eucalyptus include, reduction in stress, respiratory health and help in clearing your sinuses.

When you receive the foliage cut the stems at a diagonal and place in fresh water. Change the water every other day.
