Order
You can order flowers from anywhere in the world to an address in UAE. All you need is the delivery details, telephone number and a Credit, Debit or Apple Pay account.
Yes, definitely. Orders for special occasions can be pre-ordered online.

With all orders we include a blank card. If you would like a personalised message in your card please fill in the required field when ordering and we will print it onto your card.
We can deliver your order on the same day providing it is made before 5.00pm (UAE time).

Delivery
We have four delivery slots that you can choose from (these are subject to change during busy periods).
9.00am-12.00pm / 12.00pm-3.00pm / 3.00pm-6.00pm / 6.00pm-9.00pm
Due to traffic and circumstances beyond our control we can not guarantee to deliver your order at an exact time.
Please ensure we have a contact number so we can call ahead of delivery to find out their address.
Upon delivery we will not tell the person who the order is from unless they specifically ask.

Delivery is free for items over AED 350. For items under AED350, a delivery fee of AED25 is added to your total. We deliver our flowers, plants and luxurious gifts all over Dubai.

An OTP (One Time Password) is randomly generated by your bank and sent to your registered mobile or email address for validation of your transaction.

Weekly Subscription
With our Weekly Flower Subscription you can have fresh flowers delivered straight to your door each week. Simply click on the link for more information.
Our floral designers will speak to you before delivery to make sure we recommend designs that match your style and also that your flower preference is in your Weekly Subscription.
Each week your flowers will be delivered in oasis foam or in a vase from Plaza Hollandi. When we exchange your arrangement/s the next week we will remove the arrangement and vase and leave you with your new delivery. (All vases remain the property of Plaza Hollandi).

Yes, you can. Our Weekly Subscription is a great gift to send to someone. Before you order please contact (+971) 54 710 4061 to discuss the options.
- It is important to wash the vase and change the water that your flowers are in every two days, adding a small amount of flower food each time.
- Cut the stems 1cm at a diagonal angle each time you refill your vase. This will enable the flowers to drink more water.
- Ensure all flower stems are covered by the water in the vase
- Use cold water to fill your vase
- Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and appliances that create heat
- Do not keep your flowers directly under air conditioning.
- As the week goes on remove any old leaves or flowers and throw them away.
Plants Order
All plants require different things to flourish. Our plants are all sent with directions of how to look after them. If you are not sure how to look after your plant please contact (+971) 54 710 4061 with a photo of your order and our plant experts will be happy to give you the correct advice.
